Listen
Before proposing anything, I look at how you work today: what's done by hand, who does it, and how much time it eats. The problem people describe is rarely the one costing the money, and that half hour of looking saves weeks.
Booking by hand, copying form data into a spreadsheet, sending the same email for the tenth time. None of that needs a person, and every one of those hours is taken from the work that does. I give them back.

I put what already exists in order —the contact base, the site, the ad accounts, the half-used tools— before adding anything new. Automating a mess only makes it faster.
I build the workflows that remove repeated work and connect the tools you already pay for. No new platforms for the sake of it: every piece that comes in has to justify its monthly fee.
I leave tracking installed and verified, and hand you a dashboard you can read in five minutes. If we can't see which campaign brought the client, everything else is well-presented opinion.

Résumé
Social communications graduate from Universidad Javeriana, with a focus on advertising and organizational communication. I come from running web projects at an agency, and today I work where marketing, automation and measurement meet.
Tell me what you're doing by hand and where your time goes. If I can help, I'll tell you how; if I can't, I'll tell you that too.
